Health Reach is sponsoring the 2nd Annual Health Fair to celebrate the work being done in our community to suport and advocate for people experiencing homelessness. No registration or appointment is required. The event is free and open to those who are experiencing: homelessness, lack of insurance, limited income or have a substance abuse/addicition issue.
