Homeless Services Network
Stakeholder group for Continuum of Care (CoC), working to address homelessness across Western New York.

About the HSN
The Homeless Services Network (HSN) meets monthly to discuss strategies to help the homeless in the Rochester, NY, region. This group also serves as the community’s stakeholders group for the Continuum of Care. The HSN is open to any interested persons who want to see the social issue of homelessness addressed in a compassionate, direct, and competent manner.
The HSN currently has representation from local government groups, including Monroe County and the City of Rochester, and a multitude of not-for-profit groups. The HSN has formerly homeless persons involved and is also represented by medical and mental health providers, health insurance providers, and community members at large. The HSN is welcoming of all groups and people who have an interest in ending homelessness in our community.
The HSN meets virtually on the third Wednesday of every month from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. For the link and meeting details, please contact co-chairs Mike Rood (mrood5@naz.edu) or Phyllis Lukenbill (plukenbill@scporoc.org) .
