System Performance Measures for Rochester, Irondequoit, Greece/Monroe County CoC
These reports are submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and measure the effectiveness of our local homeless response system across key areas, including length of time persons remain homeless, returns to homelessness after permanent housing placement, total numbers of persons served, income growth, first-time homelessness, and successful housing placements.
