Financial Assistance Available for Homeowners and Landlords
The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is for homeowners (not landlords) who experienced a financial hardship due to Covid-19. The funds can be used to bring mortgage payments current, pay property taxes and HOA fees. The maximum amount of the grant is $50K.
