#CleanSlateNY, Unlocking Second Chances, Monday Nov. 18, 11am-2pm, Central Library

Join us on November 18 from 11am-2pm at the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County (115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604) to learn from policy experts, lawmakers, community leaders, and reentry advocates about the impact of this newly enacted sealing law, reentry services and resources available in the community.

Register here in advance,

The Clean Slate Act (CPL 160.57) is an upcoming New York State criminal record sealing law that will (with a few exceptions) automatically seal misdemeanors three years after conviction, and felonies eight years after conviction or sentence.
