DHS 101 Training

Monroe County Department of Human Services is a complex agency that may present challenges to those int he community who are working with individuals in need of public benefits and services. The Financial Assistance Division will be presenting DHS 101, two informative sessions that provide an opportunity to learn about DHS policies and procedures.

Sessions will be held via Zoom on Thursday, October 3rd from 1 pm – 3:30 pm and Friday, October 4th from 1 -3:30 PM. Please review the attached flyer and review the topics to be presented on each day and register. Links to the webinars are also provided on the flyer. Sessions are limited to 150 people for each session and Zoom links will be sent to you before the session date.
