The City of Rochester and Monroe County seek applications from qualified not-for-profit providers to participate in a comprehensive community service delivery program intended to ameliorate homelessness. Funding is available from the City’s and County’s ESG 2023-24 allocations. This RFP is based upon joint planning by the City, County, and Partners Ending Homelessness (formerly the Rochester/Monroe County Continuum of Care – CoC).

RFP Release: Monday, February 27, 2023
Bid Information Session: Monday, March 6, 2023 from 12:30-2:00 (remote/Zoom)
Responses Due: Tuesday, March 21, 2023 by Noon
Award Notification: May 2023
Program Start Date: July 1, 2023 (City funded projects); August 1, 2023 (County). ESG 2022-23 funded programs will have 12 month terms.
