The City of Rochester and Monroe County seek applications from qualified not-for-profit providers to participate in a comprehensive community service delivery program intended to ameliorate homelessness. Funding is available from the City’s and County’s ESG 2022-23 allocations. This RFP is based upon joint planning by the City, County, and Partners’ Ending Homelessness.

Due to current restrictions, hard copies will only be made available by request.

Award Notification: April/May 2022
Program Term: City funded programs will start July 1, 2022, and County funded programs will start August 1, 2022. ESG 2022-23 funded programs will have 12 month terms.
