At the May HSN Meeting, Zora Raglow-DeFranco from the Empire Justice Center presented on their new website that assists people who need to request a Fair Hearing or are going through the telephone Fair Hearing process. The website provides information to help people succeed with the fair hearing process. The attached flyer has a QR code to scan to visit the site or you can go to www.fairhearinghelpny.org. The website contains general information on the process, how to prepare for your telephone fair hearing, and what to expect during and after your telephone fair hearing.
