Here, you can find a map of food resources, including food panties, community meal programs, and distribution sites within Foodlink’s network. This information will be the most up to date.

- Questions regarding general SNAP changes and food resources can be answered by Foodlink benefit navigators; however, navigators may not be answer specific questions regarding someone’s status, case, etc. Thos would need to be directed to Monroe County DHS.

- If you or someone else are looking to support those facing jeopardy because of SNAP delays, Foodlink has started a Crisis Response Fund. As a food bank, Foodlink can stretch those dollars to generate as many meals as possible to assist those struggling to put food on the table.
Specific questions regarding SNAP cases, including those regarding Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD) status of a client,should be directed to one or more or the following:

- It is also very important that folks be on top of any communication from Monroe County DHS, especially any letters from DHS.
Although benefits are delayed, existing benefits that might be on cards are not frozen, and can still be accessed by SNAP recipients. Furthermore, Double Up Food Bucks will remain fully funded and operational. DUPB can help stretch remaining benefits, and any DUFB already obtained can still be spent, even if one’s current SNAP balance is $0.

- In addition to their typical financial counselling, the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester (CCCS) have recently launched student loan counseling. With recent changes to federal student loan payments, many can expect their payments to increase, pulling funds away from necessities.
