On Thursday, July 31st at 11:00 AM, the Homeless Outreach Team of Rochester is sponsoring a free Ice Cream Social at St Joseph’s Park ( North Clinton Ave and Pleasant St). Besides ice cream, we will have other food, clothing, access to case managers, legal aid, medical aid, referrals for mental health and addictions treatment, and representatives from PCHO, Catholic Charities, S.O.S., St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center, the House of Mercy, the Open Door Mission, and local churches.
