State funding is available to lower the cost of your energy bill. The Home Energy Assistance Progam (HEAP) opened for applications on 11/1/2023. You can apply in person, online or by mail. Eligibility for HEAP is income based; for a single person monthly income must be less than $3,035 for a 4 person household must be less than $5,838.
