The Center for Community Alternatives’ Rochester office invites you, and those you support, to our Open House.
Join us on Wednesday, 10/15, from 4 pm-6 pm at our Rochester office (130 Andrews Street, Rochester, NY 14604) for an open house event including:
- Tours of the Center and current programming
- Rochester Youth Services
- CORE Center
- SOR Programming
- Refreshments provided.
All staff and participants are welcome to join us and learn more about the programs we offer at the Rochester office.
About the CORE Center
CCA’s CORE Center proudly serves and supports a diverse population across Monroe County, offering connection, resources, and other supports to meet the needs of the community, including individuals in recovery. Through a peer-led approach, the CORE Center offers a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to build community and transform their lives on their own terms. The CORE Center provides support for those impacted through mental health, substance misuse, and problem gambling, recognizing that recovery is for everyone.
The CORE Center offers:
· Daily peer-led group sessions focused on topics such as Health & Wellness, Recovery & Peer Support, Education and Skill Building, and Family
· A supportive, inclusive community open to all
- Weekly meals
- Compassionate staff and peers with lived experience in recovery
