Monroe County is installing and maintaining free NaloxBoxes at hundreds of locations throughout the Rochester area and we would like to include yours. These boxes contain kits of naloxone, or Narcan, which is a medication that quickly reverses an opioid overdose. Narcan is
FDA approved and safe for all ages. By making this medication easily accessible to the public, you will undoubtedly help save lives. We encourage you to ask questions and learn more about our NaloxBox program from a member of our Addiction Services team.
