Partners Ending Homelessness Receives new HUD Grant

PEH has been awarded a two year HMIS Capacity Building Grant to work with CoC NY-513 (Wayne, Ontario, Seneca and Yates counties). Our HMIS grants will be consolidated and we will be assisting NY-513 in coming into compliance with current HUD HMIS requirements.
