Project Anchor is a Shelter Supplement Program that will be providing a rental supplement up to 100% of the metro-Rochester Fair Market Rent (FMR). Household income must be below 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Households will be required to pay 30% of their income for rent. Households must be referred by a community based organization.
Catholic Charities Family and Community Services will be administering the program. Applications must be submitted through the Catholic Charities online portal. Please review the attached flyer for more detailed information on priorities and eligibility requirements.
