Did you know that Certificates of Rehabilitation can remove automatic disqualifications for some jobs and restore certain rights lost because of a past criminal conviction? Join the Center for Community Alternatives, Judicial Process Commission, and Legal Assistance of Western NY on Thursday July 6, 2023, 1-2pm at the Central Library to learn how you can benefit from getting a Certificate, and how and when to apply for one.
Attendees will also learn why it is important to know exactly what is on your Rap sheet and how to get a copy for free so you can correct any errors.
