The Regional Health Reach Clinic (Health Care of the Homeless) has moved from the St. Mary’s Medical Campus.
The new clinic address is: 360 Monroe Avenue, Suite 2
Rochester, New York 14607 The phone number (585-368-3720) and hours of operation (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm) will remain the same. If you have any questions or would like to make a referral, please call Regional Health Reach at 585-368-3720.
