Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach is currently hiring a Director & Case Manager of Permanent Supportive Housing for our Thurston Road Apartments in Rochester. This full-time role provides leadership for a 20-unit permanent supportive housing program while offering direct, relationship-based case management to residents impacted by incarceration and homelessness. At SCPO, we foster a supportive, team-oriented culture where staff actively help one another succeed—both in their professional roles and in supporting residents.
