The Center for Youth has two leadership opportunities in its Counseling & Runaway and Homeless Youth Department – Assistant and Associate Director. The Assistant Director oversees the Counseling, Maternity Group Home, and Street Outreach Programs. They participate on the department’s leadership team, providing supervision and professional development to their program’s Managers and ensuring quality service delivery to young people in crisis.
The Associate Director oversees the entire department in the development of onboarding and training, program development, quality assurance, reporting, grant development, and the inclusion of youth voice in programming.
