The NYS utility moratorium expired in December 2021; the residential foreclosure and NYS eviction moratorium expires January 15, 2022. County and state rental relief funds for the lowest income tenants have been depleted, although there are still resources for moderate income tenants and lower income homeowners. Additionally, some utility assistance is available.
