The 2026 Innovative Housing Showcase, presented by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will return to the National Mall September 22-24, 2026.
This year’s Showcase theme, “Made in America,” will highlight American innovations that can help expand housing supply, lower construction costs, and make homeownership more attainable.
A family friendly event, the Showcase is open to the public and draws thousands of attendees, including federal policymakers, industry leaders, and community stakeholders.
We invite you and your team to join us at the Showcase. Visitors will have the chance to tour exhibits and attend expert-led discussions that highlight housing innovations that support affordability and homeownership. Panel discussions are open to the public both in-person and virtually.
