Approximately $13 million of HOME ARP funding has been allocated to Monroe County and the City of Rochester for four primary activities: Development and Support of Affordable Housing, Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, Supportive Services and Acquisition and Development of Non-congregate Shelter. The City, County and PEH are soliciting input from the community to help determine where the greatest unmet needs are and what activities would be most impactful to successfully address homelessness in Monroe County.
