On March 31, 2020, HUD released a regulatory waiver concerning the COVID -19 Pandemic. This waiver is associated with certain regulatory requirements in which several CPD grant programs are put into place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and facilitate assistance to eligible communities and households economically impacted by COVID-19. The waivers requirements for following CPD Programs:
- Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA);
- Emergency Solution Grant (ESG); and
- Continuum of Care (C0C).
