MC-CII is Together Now’s project to redesign the MC Department of Human Services (MCDHS) delivery model. Together Now has held a number of focus groups, interviews, brainstorming sessions, etc. and is now using the information gained to the next step, the Monroe County CII Prototyping Summit that will be held on Friday, March 10th at The Strathallen Rochester, 550 East Avenue 14607 from 9:30AM – 4PM.
The prototyping summit is a full-day learning and design workshop. The summit will bring together members of the Department of Human Services (DHS) staff, community organizations, and the community members they serve. Together, we’ll learn how to use human-centered design to build collaborative solutions. We’ll review the themes and feedback from surveys, interviews, focus groups and brainstorming sessions. From there, we’ll work in teams to create solutions or prototypes that can be tested throughout the rest of the year.
Coordination/Time Commitment:
This summit is an all-day event where breakfast and lunch will be served.
In recognition of the commitment this event requires, all community participants who are not representing an agency or organization during attendance will also receive compensation.
