How to Request an ESSHI Support Letter

The Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) RFP has been released. A requirement for submission of an ESSHI application is requesting a support letter from the Continuum of Care (CoC) where the project will be located. Partners Ending Homelessness (PEH) is the CoC Lead Agency for Monroe County. Attached you will find information on what is needed to request the letter from PEH. Applications are submitted through the NYS Grants Gateway portal and are due by 12/5/2023. Please request your letter no later than November 27, 2023.
