The Code Blue warming centers are now open 24 hours per day. Free bus passes to get to warming center sites were distributed to outreach workers and are available at the Father Tracy Advocacy Center, 821 North Clinton Avenue. Rides from the RTS Transit Center to the warming centers will be free if the person advises the driver they are going to the warming center on that route.
There will be a total of four warming center sites this year:
House of Mercy – 285 Ormond Street – located on RTS Bus Route: 3
Open Door Mission – 210 West Main Street – located on RTS Routes: 16,17,18,19,23
Project Haven – Women – 77 Barbery Terrace – RTS Route: 5
– Men – 720 Main Street – RTS Routes: 16, 18, 23
YWCA (Opening on 12/18/2023) – 35 Ardmore Street – RTS Route 18
