Hello Community Partners,
Please join us for our City Union Career Fair on May 1 from 10am-2pm at AFSCME Council 66 headquarters 1956 Lyell Avenue 14606.
Twenty union employers & union apprentice programs will be there to meet with attendees. There will be a room available to fill out applications on site. Our location is on a bus line and has 200 parking spots. The career fair will have exciting opportunities for everyone including youth and formerly incarcerated individuals.
I have attached fliers and a social media image. I can also drop off fliers to your locations. Just let me know how many you need.
Organizations so far include: City of Rochester, Department of Labor, Judicial Process Commission, Laborers 435, M.A.P.P., Monroe County, Monroe County BOE, Monroe County Clerk, Monroe County Library System, OCFS, Office of Demond Meeks, OPWDD, Painters & Allied Trades, Rochester Labor Council, SMART (sheet metal workers), & UR.
