ABC is looking for referrals for two of its programs:
Bridges 2 Success: An adult mentoring program providing a person-centered approach to self-sufficiency. Participants work with mentors to create long term goals and a plan of action to achieve individual/family financial independence. Participants work with a community partner to learn to navigate systems to meet personal goals, make connections to specialized community resources and the program provides monetary incentives to apply to participant goals.
