Community organizations were tentatively awarded funds for Monroe County ARPA funds through the Bring Monroe Back RFP. The County Legislature has had this legislation since September 20th but have not brought it to a vote, delaying funding and work beginning on community initiatives. Please call your County Legislator (see attachment for list of legislators) and tell them you want them to bring this funding bill to a vote. There is also a petition that a group of agencies has started. Please sign and share with your network(s) as well.
