Employment Opporunity – Partners Ending Homelessness

Partners Ending Homelessness is currently recruiting for two SOAR Benefit Specialists. The SOAR Benefit Specialists will assist individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness who have a serious mental illness, medical impairment, and/or a co-occurring substance use disorder to apply for Social Security disability benefits. The Benefits Specialists will initiate the SSI/SSDI applications and stay active with the participant until a determination is made. The positions require someone who is organized and has excellent writing skills. Full job description is attached.
