Legal Assistance of Western NY, Inc. (LAWNY) is presenting a free virtual Fair Housing Seminar. The seminar will provide an overview of Federal and State Fair Housing Laws for property owners and managers. Topics will include an overview of state/federal fair housing laws and protected classes, prohibited activities, disability discrimination including reasonable accomodations, enforcement actions and overviews of subsidies.
