The Monroe County Shelter Bed Task Force has released the attached manual that provides guidance in operational best practices and identifying and attending to guests who are symptomatic of the COVID-19 virus. Please understand that while protocols for social distancing, cleaning, disinfecting, etc. are relevant to everyone, the process for moving people to isolation locations only pertains to HOMELESS SHELTERS. This manual will also be posted on the CoC/HSN website.
