This 110 unit project is split equally between supportive housing and low income units. Eagle Star Housing will have 20 units for Veterans. We are now accepting applications!!! For the Veteran units, tenants are only required to pay 30% of their income. The subsidy and all supportive services will be provided by Eagle Star Housing.
All staff will be located on site, have extended work hours and will be there on weekends. The studio and one bedroom units come fully furnished and all utilities are included. To be considered for the units one must have served in the military but does not have to be eligible for VA services. We serve reservists, national guard and all discharge statuses with the exception of bad conduct. There must be a housing crisis and an identified supportive case management need to be eligible. Activities and weekly groups will be provided.
