NYS funded Summer Programs and Jobs for At-Risk Youth in Rochester

In response to the Governor’s new strategy treating gun violence as a public health crisis, the State will provide funding to create 181 summer jobs for youth and through its partnering with local workforce development boards, the State will provide job training and placement into long-term jobs for 450 young people who are out of school and live in the following zip code areas: 14605,14606, 14608, 14609, 14611, 14613, 14615, and 14621.
