NYS Office of Mental Health Supportive Housing Guidelines Technical Assistance Trainings
Over the past year, the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) collaborated with several provider and consumer advocacy agencies to make necessary revisions to the NYS OMH Supportive Housing guidelines to better align with current best practices. OMH finished the review and released the revised 2026 Supportive Housing Guidelines in March 2026 to OMH housing providers.
See HERE for the 2026 Supportive Housing guidelines.
Since the release of the new guidelines, providers have reached out with questions seeking clarification on the changes that were made. As a result, OMH has scheduled four (4) Virtual Technical Assistance sessions to answer any questions providers may have and to clarify expectations.
