Jennifer House, part of Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach, is looking for a Housing Stability Case Manager to provide person-centered case management, helping residents build toward stable, safe, permanent housing after incarceration. This role leads individual service planning, housing search and placement, and connections to the resources that support permanent reentry.
