The May Homeless Services Network (HSN) meeting that will be Wednesday, May 19th at 8:30AM will be primarily dedicated to determining Community Priorities for the homeless system. Below you will find a link to a Survey Monkey poll to collect some basic information on where the largest needs are in the homeless system. It is a very brief survey and does not take long to complete. We will present some of the preliminary data that comes in at the 5/19 meeting and then have several break out rooms that people will rotate to for 10 minutes to have some more in depth conversation on unmet need and challenges in the homeless system.
Please complete the survey as soon as possible. If you want your responses to be included in the results – you must complete the survey by May 18th at 4PM. The link to the survey is below!
