The Reentry Association of WNY (RAWNY) is hiring a Reentry Case Manager. RAWNY is a community-focused organization committed to supporting individuals in their journey toward successful reintegration into society. Our mission is to enhance public safety, reduce recidivism, and empower clients to establish stability in the community while moving away from criminal behaviors. The Reentry Case Manager will have a caseload of about 30 clients; assisting clients in addressing various challenges related to public benefits, housing, employment, healthcare, identification and other vital supports to facilitate their success.
