Join Us for the Live Fall 2026 Cohort!!
A number of partners have come together to once again offer the FREE twenty (20) hour Certificate Program for people working in housing supportive settings and performing critical functions with people who are homeless or experiencing significant housing transition.
A Recognized Certificate will be awarded to those who attend all ten of the two-hour sessions. Each session provides a focus on one or more important content areas. All of these are relevant in order to support and problem solve with people toward achieving safe and sustainable housing along with an improved quality of life. Generally, the full Certificate program is offered twice per year!!

- September 25 – Case/Care Management, What it Is & What it Does
- October 2 – The Experience of Trauma & the Effects Through the Life Cycle
- October 9 – De-Escalation & Early Intervention – Putting A Premium on Safety
- October 16 – Serious Mental Illness – How to Recognize & What to Do
- October 23 – Understanding Substance Use & Addiction-Nicole
- October 30 – How Much is Too Much – When Helping Harms
- November 6 – Special Considerations – Youth, Women, Domestic Violence, Re-entry, Veterans
- November 13 – Encouraging Self Sufficiency, Resources & Graduation-Sara/Jennifer to be guest speaker
This recognized and respected training is designed to bring together providers of services to people who are undomiciled to bring some essential information and understanding to a workforce with diverse backgrounds and orientations.
