Homeless Memorial

Health Reach has scheduled the annual Homeless Memorial for 12/19/19 from 11am – 1:30pm at St. Mary’s, 89 Genesee Street. HSN Advocacy Committee
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, the HSN Advocacy meeting has been changed for December 2019. The committee will meet directly after the December HSN meeting on December 18th.

Partners Ending Homelessness Receives new HUD Grant

PEH has been awarded a two year HMIS Capacity Building Grant to work with CoC NY-513 (Wayne, Ontario, Seneca and Yates counties). Our HMIS grants will be consolidated and we will be assisting NY-513 in coming into compliance with current HUD HMIS requirements.
