(CCSI) with support from the Greater Rochester Health Foundation will be offering weekly, virtual Crisis Response Office Hours for CBO Leaders/Management and Onsite Crisis Response Group Sessions for Direct Service and Administrative Staff. Safe, facilitated conversations for direct service and administrative staff. A supportive team culture can help one another at the same time we are helping those who our organizations serve.
