Attention: As of June 2nd, 2025 Coordinated Entry will no longer be accepting VI-SPDAT assessments. Every application will require the Homelessness Assessment Tool (HAT) to be used for assessment.
Mandatory training for the new HAT assessment tool will take place in May of 2025 for all community providers. If you were not able to attend any of the training sessions and require access to the prioritization list for your person, please contact Kim Martin, Homeless Services Manager at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. at kmartin@ccsi.org.

Open Office Hours
If you’re experiencing any challenges with the new HAT (Homelessness Assessment Tool), you’re invited to join our weekly Open Office Hours, held every Thursday from 1:00–2:00 PM via Zoom. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, get support, and receive guidance on using the tool effectively.
We encourage anyone with questions to drop in!
